The First Steps...
Here is a quick breakdown of how meeting with Blooms works.
First fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of the page. Blooms will get back to you in a day and let you know if we are available for your wedding date. If Blooms is not available for your date we forward to you a list of amazing local Madison area florists. If Blooms is available we set-up a consultation.
Consultations take many forms, the best consultations take place at our shop face to face. If you are out of town or just a busy bee we also allow consults by Facetime/Skype, phone call or e-mail. Consults all require the same basic information colors, pictures, your wedding style, and a list of floral needs/wants.
During our consultation we will discuss each item in detail. Blooms will send you a proposal for your event with pricing and floral suggestions. If we didn't get it perfect the first time around we are happy to re-work your ideas and budget. Hopefully at this point you are in love with Blooms and our ideas which means you ask us to book the day for you!!
The date is immediately held! Edits can easily be made up until one month prior to the wedding. The wedding retainer is 20% of the estimated floral budget and the balance will be due three weeks prior to the wedding. Blooms will do our best to accommodate changes in the last month and will meet with you for future consultations as needed prior to your wedding at no additional cost.
Do you have a minimum?
Currently Blooms has no minimum for weddings, however we do book-up quickly for popular weekends! I believe every bride deserves beautiful flowers which is why we continue to have no minimum. Weddings with budgets of less than $1000 do need some flexibility.
It is easy to make a $100+ centerpiece look gorgeous! Making a $20 centerpiece look Pintrest worthy takes talent, flexibility and some thrifty shopping...
Blooms would love to hear more about your wedding and the flowers that inspire you. Please click the button and fill out our wedding inquiry form to get more information and set-up a consultation.
